Question

If a man sees the private part of a woman with lust, then hurmat musaharah occurs. But what is the private part of a woman? If a man sees a woman naked – where he can only see what appears from outside of the vagina – but he cannot see the inner part of the vagina, will hurmat musahara take place if lust is felt?

Answer:

Regarding your question, Hurmat-E-Musaaharat will only be established if one looks with Shahwat (lust). The Farj-E-Daakhil refers to the inner portion.
