\n\tAs-Salaamu '<\/span><\/span><\/span>alaykum<\/span><\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tI live in Germany and it is very difficult to get Halal (hand slaughtered and not stunned) meat here.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThere is a group that is very particular about this and you can get meat from a company owned by them.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThere is also another butcher whom I think also belongs to their group. I have been buying the meat <\/span><\/span>of<\/span><\/span>Now I have been thinking since I don't know the 'Aqeedah of<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThey are from Turkey and followers of a person called SÃleyman Hilmi Tunahan who died over 50 years ago and I've read and heard that they are from the extreme Sufis that practice things such as Rabita, a kind of connecting with the soul of their dead Shaykh e.g. these two companies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tthe <\/span><\/span><\/span>slaughter<\/span> men<\/span><\/span><\/span> I should assume they're within the fold of Islam and can eat the meat.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIs this correct or should we avoid the meat?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Prophet has mentioned in a Hadith: “<\/em>I heard the Messenger of Allah (<\/em>\ufdfa<\/em>) say, “That which is lawful is clear and that which is unlawful is clear, and between the two of them are doubtful matters about which many people do not know. Thus he who avoids doubtful matters clears himself in regard to his religion and his <\/em><\/span>honour<\/span><\/em>, but he who falls into doubtful matters [eventually] falls into that which is unlawful”.(Bukhari and Muslim)<\/strong><\/em> <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHasan bin 'Ali (May Allah be pleased with them) said<\/em>\ufdfa<\/em>): "Give up what is doubtful to you for that which is not doubtful; for truth is peace of mind and falsehood is doubt". [At- Tirmidhi]<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span>:I<\/span><\/span><\/em> remember (these words) from <\/em><\/span><\/span>Messenger<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span> of Allah (<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFrom the above <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ahadeeth<\/span> we come to know that the Prophet is <\/span>indicating<\/span><\/span><\/span> us that we should try to avoid what is doubtful.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn regards to your query about the sect, if their Aqeedah is to believe in the oneness of Allah SWT and at the same time there is no shirk involve, they sacrifice the animal according to the Islamic way which are:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
