The way we differentiate between the two types of makruh is by looking into the evidence.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">If the prohibition of praying bareheaded had been mentioned explicitly, then praying in such a state might have been makruh tahrimi, but since the prohibition of praying bareheaded hasn&rsquo;t been emphasized, then praying bareheaded is makruh, but only <em>tanzihan<\/em>.
