Terminologically speaking, the definition of <em>fiqh <\/em>is The knowledge regarding the rulings of shari&rsquo;ah that are acted upon derived from the elaborate evidence of those rulings.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" title=\"\">[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Jurisprudence outside of the Islamic realm has often been the work of philosophers in the past but recently has also been a subject related to social scientists.
