\n\tAssalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tI am working as a Finance Manager at a company in India. I perform Various duties of my Job-like Financial Planning Analysis and One Such Duty is to advise the company on Raising Money for Business and I advise to Raise from Equity and Debt(Loans)<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t1. On My, Advice Company takes a Small Amount of Loan and Pays Interest Riba that gets Many Benefits Like Tax Deduction on Interest Paid and Other Benefits. But the Company Has to Pay Interest (Riba).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn India Darul Harb I have No Choice of Interest-Free Loans. More Ever I am Just Advising and it is my Job
\n\tI am not Paying or Using or Consuming Riba in my daily life as it is Haram.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPlease Tell My If I am doing any Sin Gunah or I Will be Punished for Just Advising the Company? Because I Have heard Hadees All those persons are doing Sin Gunah if they are involved in Riba Related Transactions and Riba is Haram.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2. Whether My Job & Salary is Halal?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t3.If I am Earning 1000 Rupees for 10 Hours Daily and I Performed this Riba Advise Work for 1 Hour and Earned 100 RupeesThen Is it Compulsory to donate that 1 Hour Salary of 100 Rupees as Charity?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t4. Can I Perform all my other Duties?<\/span><\/span>

\n\tAbdullah ibn Masood narrates that the Messenger of Allah (\ufdfa<\/span>) said:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t“Seeking of halal earnings is compulsory after the obligatory duties.”[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt would be advisable for you to seek means of earning which is clear in terms of halal and to abstain from the doubtful income.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt was narrated that Umar bin Khattab said: "The last thing to be revealed was the Verse on usury(interest) but the Messenger of Allah (\ufdfa<\/span>) died before he had explained it to us. So, give up usury (interest) and doubtful things."[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt would also be recommended that you sincerely repent and have high hopes in the mercy of Allah in supporting you and in the forgiveness of Allah for any shortcomings. He states:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tSay, "O My servants who have sinned against themselves, do not despair from the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the All-Forgiving, the Most-Merciful."[3]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
