\n\tAssalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIf a person refuses to accept inheritance due to him because he believed it was distributed unfairly and not according to shariah. The amount was kept as Amanah but he consistently refused to accept it. <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThen he passed away. What has to be done with the money. Was it to be counted as part of an inheritance or not? What has to be done with it? Jazakumullahukhair <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is of utmost importance that the wealth in the first place should have been distributed according to Shari’ah. Allah has placed these rules and regulations for our benefit. There is certain wisdom which only Allah truly knows behind how much who gets.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t<\/a>A person cannot reject inheritance, that money is his right whether he accepts it or not. Now unless he gifted it to someone else or alternatively discarded of it in any other way, that wealth should be distributed amongst his inheritors at the time of his death.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
