He also says: &quot;So remember Me, and I will remember you&quot;. (Qur&#39;\u0101n, 2:152).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The Prophet \ufdfa is reported to have said: &quot;There is no group that remembers Allah, except that the angels encompass them, mercy covers them, and tranquillity descends upon them: and All\u0101h remembers (mentions) them before those who are with Him [i.e. the angels]&quot; (J\u0101mi\u02bb al-Tirmidh\u012b, \u1e25ad\u012bth 2910, 3378).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Although there is much focus nowadays on remembering All\u0101h through nash\u012bds or other means, the best remembrance (dhikr) of All\u0101h is to read and follow the Qur&#39;\u0101n.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">All\u0101h refers to the Qur&#39;\u0101n as THE dhikr: &quot;Indeed, it is We who sent down the Dhikr [i.e. the Qur&#8217;\u0101n], and We will preserve it&quot; (Qur&#39;\u0101n, 15:9).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The Prophet \ufdfa is reported to have said: &quot;Whoever recites a letter from the Book of All\u0101h, he will receive one good deed from it, and the good deed will reward of ten the like of it&quot; (J\u0101mi\u02bb al-Tirmidh\u012b, \u1e25ad\u012bth 2910).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The dhikr of All\u0101h should not just be uttered from the tongue, but properly understood, and then acted upon. Sa\u02bb\u012bd bin Jubayr reported: &quot;Anyone engaged in obeying All\u0101h is in fact engaged in the Dhikr of All\u0101h&quot;.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">To achieve calmness and tranquillity in the heart, read the Qur&#39;\u0101n frequently with understanding and act upon it by obeying All\u0101h&#39;s commands and staying away from what He prohibited.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Ibn Taymiyyah said: &quot;The heart cannot be sound, or succeed, or find joy, or be happy, or feel pleasure, or be good, or be at peace, or find tranquillity, except by worshipping its Lord, loving Him and returning to Him. Even if it attains all that it can enjoy of created things, it will not feel at peace or find tranquillity, because it has an inherent need for its Lord, for He is the focus of its worship, love and seeking, and this is the only way to attain joy, happiness, pleasure, peace, and tranquillity.&quot; (al-\u02bbUb\u016bdiyyah, 97).<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">In addition to the Qur&#39;\u0101n, one du\u02bb\u0101 taught to us by the Prophet \ufdfa (Sa\u1e25\u012b\u1e25 al-Bukh\u0101r\u012b, \u1e25ad\u012bth 6369) to deal with anxiety, worry, and sorrow was:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">\u0627\u0644\u0644\u064e\u0651\u0647\u064f\u0645\u064e\u0651 \u0625\u0650\u0646\u0650\u0651\u064a \u0623\u064e\u0639\u064f\u0648\u0630\u064f \u0628\u0650\u0643\u064e \u0645\u0650\u0646\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0647\u064e\u0645\u0650\u0651 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u062d\u064e\u0632\u064e\u0646\u0650\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0639\u064e\u062c\u0652\u0632\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0643\u064e\u0633\u064e\u0644\u0650\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u062c\u064f\u0628\u0652\u0646\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0652\u0628\u064f\u062e\u0652\u0644\u0650\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0636\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0639\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u064e\u0651\u064a\u0652\u0646\u0650\u060c \u0648\u064e\u063a\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0628\u064e\u0629\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0650\u0651\u062c\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0650<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">The translation is: &quot;O All\u0101h!
