\n\tMy question is if someone believes that the wind does not obey Allah,<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t1) Is it true belief or not,<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2) that person is Muslim or not?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t3) shall we pray behind such person on such occasions?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t4) if someone also considers that person as Muslim after knowing his that believes, the 3rd person is Muslim or not?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong> <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAnswer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAll\u0101h Ta’\u0101la says: “And We<\/em><\/strong> have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers”.[1]<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAlso, it has been mentioned in narration on the authority of ‘Abdull\u0101h bin Abb\u0101s that: “the wind blew away a man’s outer garment and thereupon, he cursed the wind. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to him, ‘Do not curse the wind because it is commanded [by All\u0101h to blow]…’”[2]<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is the firm belief of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jam\u0101’ah that: ‘nothing will be, except what All\u0101h wills’.[3]<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t \n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe obedience of the wind is one of the definitive things that are necessarily known (\u1e0d<\/em>ar\u016briyy\u0101t)<\/em> of the religion. Therefore, to believe that the wind disobeys All\u0101h can be akin to rejecting All\u0101h and His Prophet’s words. If such a person is ignorant, he should be informed. Once he’s informed, if he’s persistent in rejecting this necessary belief, he’ll leave the fold of Islam. Prayer should not be performed behind him. Whosoever considers him to be Muslim will also leave the fold of Isl\u0101m as considering kufr to be believed is a form of disbelief.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
