Can I remove hair today as I have passed 40 days on tomorrow? Moreover, if remove hair today my hajj will accept or not?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" dir=\"RTL\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">\u0628\u0650\u0633\u0652\u0645\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u0646\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0651\u064e\u062d\u0650\u064a\u0652\u0645<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><u>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Answer<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">If someone removes pubic hair whilst in the state of ihraam, then it will be upon him to give <em>damm<\/em> (sacrifice an animal).<sup>1<\/sup> However, if one is not in the state of ihraam and intends to perform <em>udhhiya<\/em> (sacrificial animal), then it is only preferable to refrain from clipping one&rsquo;s nails and removing body hair, but not necessary.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) has said: &ldquo;A time limit was set for us in the trimming of the moustache, clipping the nails, plucking armpit hair, and shaving pubic hair, that we do not exceed forty days.&rdquo;<sup> 2<\/sup> <\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">T<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">herefore, it is <em>makruh<\/em> (disliked) to not remove the pubic hair after forty days.
