\n\tThe Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah invite humanity towards a role model lifestyle for all generations. It is proven that positivity and motivation has a better impact on students than imposing various forms of disciplinary punishments. Below are some steps which can be applied for students who have behavioural problems:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

  1. \n\t\tA telling-off<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n\tHowever, this must be presented in an effective manner which caters for the individual student. [Surah Nahl 125]<\/font>\n<\/p>\n

    1. \n\t\tSending a letter home<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n\t \n<\/p>\n

      1. \n\t\tRemoval from a class or group<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \n\t \n<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. \n\t\tConfiscating something inappropriate for the institution, e.g. mobile phone.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \n\tThis is known as negative reinforcement. This must also be balanced by praises and awards for any form of achievements. [Abu Dawud 4681]<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
