\n\t\tIn order for a Nikah to be valid witnesses are required. The minimum number of witnesses is two males or one male and two females.[1]<\/sup><\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\tThe Imaam conducting the Nikah may also be one of the witnesses, provided that other than him there are another male or two females who are witnesses.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n
