\n\t\tThis is not my opinion. I just heard this from a very high profile '\u0100lim, and was surprised, as I have not heard this before and especially have not seen the Tafs\u012br of the verse done in such a manner.<\/span><\/span>

\n\t\tAnswer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\tUnfortunately, there is not much context to how the scholar stated this and the background therefore it could have been misunderstood.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\tHowever, if this is what was meant, then this is completely incorrect. Allah says in the Quran “And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect.”[1]<\/a> The word love is clearly mentioned in this verse in reference to marriage.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\tAlso, in the authentic hadith when the Prophet (saw) was asked who the most beloved person to Him was, He said, “Aisha (RA<\/span><\/span>).” And Aisha (RA<\/span><\/span>) was the wife of the Prophet (saw).[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
