\n\tQuestion<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTwo <\/span><\/span>neighbours<\/span><\/span> perform Eid salah in one congregation with two <\/span><\/span>neighbours<\/span><\/span> but there is a road in between and both are in their own garden.  Is there any <\/span><\/span>tahqeeq<\/span><\/span> on this?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tWould the following apply?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u0648\u0627\u0644\u0641\u0627\u0635\u0644 \u0641\u064a \u0645\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u064a\u062f \u0644\u0627 \u064a\u0645\u0646\u0639 \u0648\u0627\u0646 \u0643\u062b\u0631<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt probably would not apply as Musalla is like Masjid.  Has anyone looked into this?<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAnswer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFor the validity of a congregational <\/span><\/span>prayer<\/span><\/span>, there must not be a difference in location (\u0627\u062e\u062a\u0644\u0627\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0627\u0646).<\/span> If a difference in location (\u0627\u062e\u062a\u0644\u0627\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0627\u0646<\/span>) is found, then the congregation will not be valid.[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tFurthermore, if there is a road separating the congregation then there two scenarios:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n\t\tThat the rows of the congregation are continuous with people praying on the road. In this <\/span><\/span>scenario<\/span><\/span>, there is <\/span><\/span>no<\/span><\/span> difference in location (\u0627\u062e\u062a\u0644\u0627\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0627\u0646<\/span>) and the congregation is valid.<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n
  2. \n\t\tThat the rows of the congregation are not continuous with a separation due to the road. In this <\/span><\/span>scenario<\/span><\/span>, there is a difference in location (\u0627\u062e\u062a\u0644\u0627\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0627\u0646<\/span>) and the congregation will not be valid.[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n\tTherefore, due to the <\/span><\/span>road<\/span><\/span>, there is a difference in the two <\/span><\/span>neighbour’s<\/span><\/span> location (\u0627\u062e\u062a\u0644\u0627\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0643\u0627\u0646<\/span>) and their congregation will not be valid.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

    \n\tAdditionally, the quotation (\u0648\u0627\u0644\u0641\u0627\u0635\u0644 \u0641\u064a \u0645\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u064a\u062f \u0644\u0627 \u064a\u0645\u0646\u0639 \u0648\u0627\u0646 \u0643\u062b\u0631<\/span>) i.e. “and the separation within the prayer area for Eid will not invalidate despite it exceeding (the length of two rows)”<\/em> has been mentioned in Raddul-Muhtar[3]<\/a>. The topic however of the discussion is related to the praying area of a large masjid.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
