\n\tAnswer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn general, working in real estate is permissible in Islam provided that there are no external elements of harm within the work duties, i.e. interest, gambling, deception, injustice, etc.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMutual consent must be upheld at all times as Allah the Almighty states: “O you who believe, do not consume one another's wealth unjustly but only [in lawful] business by mutual consent. And do not slay yourselves [or one another]. Indeed, Allah is to you ever Merciful.”[1]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Prophet (pbuh) said, "Whoever takes a piece of the land of others unjustly, he will sink down the seven earths on the Day of Resurrection."[2]<\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTherefore, working in real estate in and of itself is permissible according to the law of Islamic Jurisprudence.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
