\n\tMy two cousins and my brother says that as my cousin
\n\tA,who is distributing grandfather's inheritance,did
\n\tnot act according to Shariah by not informing or
\n\tconsulting all the beneficiaries,they will not take
\n\tany of their share in inheritance.My brother says if I
\n\ttake any part in this I am sinning too.I will be
\n\tpunished in this world and the hereafter.

\n\tMy understanding from your reply is that we can take
\n\tthe inheritance and it is up to the 62 beneficiaries
\n\tto forgive cousin A for going against Shariah by not
\n\tconsulting them. Refer to your reply attached.

\n\tMost of us think(even though they do not agree with
\n\tthe way cousin A is doing it)the sooner the inhertance
\n\tis distributed the better as it has been over 40 years
\n\tsince grandfather passed away.

\n\tMy Mother took possesion of my Marhum Father's
\n\tshare,with my brothers and my sister's agreement, only
\n\tone brother,I mentioned earlier,is against it.
\n\tAll my family will take their share of inheritance

\n\t(1)According to Shariah,will we be sinning if we take
\n\tour share of inhertance?
\n\t(2)According to Shariah what can my Mother do with my
