Can the person marry the same woman twice without divorce happen, so make a new nikah and new certificate new party as well nothing was in secret? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In principle, nikah is done when the words of ijab<\/em>(proposal) and qabool<\/em>(acceptance) are heard in the presence of two male witnesses or one male and two female witnesses. [1] Once this process has taken place, two people are married and there is no need to repeat the process again. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
