(Sahih Muslim)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Allamah Ibn Abidin Shami (RA) said, \u201cIt is reported from Imam Abu Hanifah that he considers it Makruh (Tahrimi)because of the hadith of Saaiduna JabirRadiallahuAnhu\u2026(Raddul Muhtar p.142 v.3)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Alllahmah Alusi (RA) writes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u201cThis is consensus that from the prohibited things and things which can lead to shirk is praying salah at the graves, to build mosques or structures over the graves.
