Abdullah Ibn Umar ( \u0631\u0636\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u0645\u0627 )narrated that; \u201cThe Messenger of Allah \ufdfaused to dislike seven things of a goat:<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) gall bladder, (2) bladder, (3) glands(4) the male organ (5) the female organ, (6) the thyroid, (7) blood,<\/span><\/p>\n

The most beloved part of a goat to Messenger (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645) of Allah was the goat’s forefront and a sheep was bought to the Messenger of Allah \ufdfa, and people turned to meat, so the Messenger of Allah \ufdfasaid: \u201cThe most delicious meat is the back meat.\u201d [1]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

“A man from (the tribe of) Kilab asked the Messenger of Allah \ufdfa about studding a stallion and he prohibited it. So he said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! We stud the stallions so that we get honorarium (from the owners of the female horse)!’ So he permitted it for the honorarium.” [2]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

We said: The consensus falls short. It is indicated by his prohibition on the authority of the stallion, and it is known that the prohibition did not deal with the act, but rather it dealt with the contract on it, and because it was a hire on a contract, it was corrupt.[3]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

It is not permissible to take a wage for a stallion (i.e., to strike it), which is to rent a stallion for the sake of the females.[4]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Sale cannot take place of insemination of stallion and milk of a woman.[5]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

In the aforementioned case, it is not permissible to sell goat semen as it is amongst those things which have no value even though it is from a halal animal and also due to \u0645\u0627\u062d\u0631\u0645\u0623\u062e\u0630\u0647\u062d\u0631\u0645<\/em> \u0625\u0639\u0637\u0627\u0624\u0647<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is forbidden to take, is forbidden to give\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
