After divorce, he wants to be normal and did ruju but after some days he sent me again to my parent&#8217;s house and wants separation. What is the status of the divorce and ruju?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">If a husband issues his wife one <em>talaq<\/em>, a <em>talaq raji<\/em> (revocable divorce) comes into effect. The husband can revoke the divorce within the period of <em>iddat<\/em> (three menstrual cycles or three months if the wife does not experience menses) whether she agrees or not. \u00a0[1]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The husband may revoke the divorce by verbally saying \u201cI take you back\u201d or \u201cI have taken back my wife\u201d. Having relations with her, kissing her, or touching with desire also revokes the divorce. [2]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Words that affect the divorce have two types:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Sareeh<\/em> (clear wording): To clearly express the wordings of divorce, such as to say \u201cI divorce you\u201d or \u201cyou are divorced\u201d. These words come into effect whether or not one has the intention of divorce.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Kinayah<\/em> (ambiguous words): To ambiguously express wordings of divorce. <em>Kinayah<\/em> words do not come into effect unless one intends divorce by them. If the intention of divorce is present, one <em>talaq<\/em> (revocable divorce) comes into effect. [3]<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">As your husband revoked the divorce, one <em>talaq<\/em> occurred. It is advisable you tell him to be careful with his words so he does not regret anything later on. Once he issues three <em>talaq<\/em>, it will be almost impossible to get married again. Furthermore, merely sending you to your parent\u2019s house does not affect the marriage unless he used an ambiguous statement with the intention of divorce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;
