Kinayah words do not affect divorce unless one intends divorce by them or it is determined by the circumstances. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">(Hidayah, v.2, P373, Raddul Muhtaar, v.2, p.501 &amp; Fatawa Hindiyah, v.1, p.374) \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The kinayah words result in a talaaq bain occuring when one intends divorce by them.
