A masjid or centre is being registered as a corporation. Will the properties they buy, be waqf? Someone was interested in donating but wasn’t sure if it was rewardable and or waqf.<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Endowment (Waqf) depends on whether the organization would like to give those properties as waqf and do not use it for personal gain or for selling it at a later period [1]<\/a>, the Masjid being registered does not affect the Waqf of the properties they buy and you can donate to them and inform them of your intention to donate to a waqf property.<\/span><\/p>\n
