 <\/p>\n

In Fardh Salah, While Reciting Surah Ikhlas, if One Replaced the First \u0642 by \u0643 Then Will This Invalidate the Salah?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Due to pronouncing one letter in place of another, if it changes the meaning (in the case above \u0642\u0644 meaning: “Say” and \u06a9\u0644 meaning: “Eat”) Salah will be invalid.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And if the letter \u0643 clearly is pronounced in lieu of \u0642, the prayer will be nullified. [1]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If one reads a wrong letter unintentionally, one’s tongue slips or one is not aware of the differences between the two letters then Salah will be correct. [2] <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

One must train under an expert Qari and learn to pronounce these two letters from its Makhraj and Sifaat.<\/span><\/p>\n
