Segregation of sexes is an integral part of Islam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Therefore, a female cannot work in an environment of men or interact with men without any necessity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">If a woman has not got married, then it is the duty of her father or the guardian to see to all her financial means.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">After she is married, it is her husband\u2019s responsibility to provide for her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">If there is a need for a woman to work, she may do so in an environment where there are women-only and the work is not deemed contrary to Shariah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">If a woman does not have any financial support, then only she may seek employment. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do.
