Will I always remain in a state of impurity because of impurities I might have forgotten about in the past?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><u><strong>In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><u><strong>Answer:<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ghusl is compulsory in the following situations:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u0627\u0644\u063a\u0633\u0644<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0641\u0631\u0648\u0636<\/strong> <strong>\u0641\u062b\u0644\u0627\u062b\u0629<\/strong> <strong>: <\/strong><strong>\u0627\u0644\u063a\u0633\u0644<\/strong> <strong>\u0645\u0646<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u062c\u0646\u0627\u0628\u0629<\/strong> <strong>\u060c<\/strong> <strong>\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u062d\u064a\u0636<\/strong> <strong>\u060c<\/strong> <strong>\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u0641\u0627\u0633<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cThe obligatory Ghusl is three: Ghusl from Janaabah (sexual impurity), menstruation, and postpartum bleeding\u201d (Badai Al Sanai, Vol 1, Pg 141)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The Faraaidh (obligatory acts) of Ghusl must be done in these situations for the Ghusl to be valid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u0647\u064a<\/strong> <strong>\u062b\u0644\u0627\u062b\u0629<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0636\u0645\u0636\u0629<\/strong> <strong>\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0627\u0633\u062a\u0646\u0634\u0627\u0642<\/strong> <strong>\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u063a\u0633\u0644<\/strong> <strong>\u062c\u0645\u064a\u0639<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0628\u062f\u0646<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cAnd they are 3: gargling, passing water in the nose, and washing the whole body\u201d (Fatawa Hindiya, Vol 1, Pg 16)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Making an intention is not a Fardh of Ghusl. Therefore, an intention is not required for the Ghusl to be valid. As such, if you do not do the compulsory actions in your first Ghusl but you do them for the second Ghusl, then it will be valid for both situations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">It is written in the text of Durrul Mukhtar that<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u0646\u0633\u064a<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0636\u0645\u0636\u0629<\/strong> <strong>\u0623\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u062c\u0632\u0621<\/strong> <strong>\u0645\u0646<\/strong> <strong>\u0628\u062f\u0646\u0647<\/strong> <strong>\u0641\u0635\u0644\u064a<\/strong> <strong>\u062b\u0645<\/strong> <strong>\u062a\u0630\u0643\u0631<\/strong> <strong>\u0641\u0644\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u0646\u0641\u0644\u0627<\/strong> <strong>\u0644\u0645<\/strong> <strong>\u064a\u0639\u062f<\/strong> <strong>\u0644\u0639\u062f\u0645<\/strong> <strong>\u0635\u062d\u0629<\/strong> <strong>\u0634\u0631\u0648\u0639\u0647<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cIf a person forgets to gargle or wash a part of their body and they pray then remember if they had prayed a Nafl Salaah, they do not need to repeat it as beginning the Salaah was invalid.\u201d (Raddul Mukhtar, Vol 1, Pg 289)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ibn Abidin expands that Fardh prayers will need to be repeated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u0648<\/strong> <strong>\u0633\u0643\u062a<\/strong> <strong>\u0639\u0646<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0641\u0631\u0636<\/strong> <strong>\u0644\u0638\u0647\u0648\u0631<\/strong> <strong>\u0623\u0646\u0647<\/strong> <strong>\u064a\u0644\u0632\u0645\u0647<\/strong> <strong>\u0627\u0644\u0625\u062a\u064a\u0627\u0646<\/strong> <strong>\u0628\u0647<\/strong> <strong>\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0642\u0627<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cAnd he (Imam Haskafi) remained silent about the Fardh because it is apparent that he must do it.\u201d (Raddul Mukhtar, Vol 1, Pg 289)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">If any (compulsory) prayer or fast was performed after the first Ghusl (if it was a Fardh Ghusl and a Fardh action was missed), then the prayer or fast will need to be repeated as it was invalid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Regarding your question:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">No, you will not always remain in a state of impurity because of impurities you might have forgotten about in the past.
