Assalaam Alaikum. I have been getting waswasah regarding hurmat-e-musaahrarat and whether my parent’s marriage is broken or not. When I was about 13 years old, I touched my mother’s breast. I am very ashamed of my actions and I have asked for forgiveness for this act from Allah. May Allah have mercy on me and forgive me. I learned about hurmat-e-musaahrarat recently and since then, I have had doubts about whether my parent’s nikah is valid or not. I don’t remember whether I got an erection. I touched with lust but as best as I can remember I didn’t have an erection. Also, the touch was not directly to the skin. It was over a cloth. I think the cloth was sufficiently thick. I think I could not have felt the heat. But this incident occurred about 10 years ago. I don’t remember the details exactly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In this case, hurmat e musahara has not<\/u> happened even if there was an erection because you did not touch the skin nor feel the heat of the skin through the clothes1<\/sup><\/a>. However, you should do tawba and be particularly mindful that this sort of thing does not happen again.<\/span><\/p>\n
