Is it ok\/permissible to perform Maghrib and Isha salaah together during work? May not get a chance of reading it later and will get qazaa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sayyiduna Abdullah Bin Umar ( \u0631\u0636\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647\u0645\u0627 ) reported:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I have never seen Allah\u2019s Messenger (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645) but observing the prayers at their appointed times except for two players, sunset and Isha, at Muzdalifah (where he deferred the sunset prayer to combine it with Isha\u2019 and he observed the dawn prayer before its stipulated time on that day (10th of Zul-Hijjah). 1<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n

Also, Sayyiduna Abdullah Ibn Masud ( \u0631\u0636\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0646\u0647 ) states:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe Messenger (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645) of Allah (\u0639\u0632 \u0648 \u062c\u0644) combined two prayers whilst on a journey. He would combine Maghrib and Isha by delaying Maghrib until just before its expiry time and performing Isha immediately as its time entered\u201d. 2<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

These Ahadith indicates that the Messenger (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645) never performed any Salah out of its prescribed time, except for two occasions in His (\u0635\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0648\u0633\u0644\u0645) life.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is not permissible to combine Salah with the exception of Arafah and Muzdalifah, because the timings of Salah have been prescribed unquestionably. Hence, it is not permissible to take Salah out of its time 3 <\/sup>whether one is travelling or not.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Therefore, Salah should not be performed out of the prescribed times and likewise, it should not be deemed as\u00a0a Sunnah<\/em> to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the aforementioned case, you should request for break closer to the end of Maghrib and starting of Isha. In this manner, you can pray Maghrib at the end of time and pray Isha at the commencing time.<\/span><\/p>\n
