My question is in regards to ejaculation during fasting and if the fast breaks. I know if someone masturbates and ejaculates it breaks the fast and qada is required. However, please let me know if someone ejaculates without using hands (for example: only putting the penis between thighs and squeezing, no rubbing), is fast invalidated or does it remain valid?<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If one ejaculates on purpose (whether it\u2019s via using hands, using anything else or rubbing on something etc.) his fast will break.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The only type of \u201cseaman emission\u201d that doesn\u2019t break the fast, is mentioned in Rad-Al-Muhtar:<\/span><\/p>\n

If one performs intercourse unknowing that he is fasting, or has a wet dream or seaman emits (through just looking at something lustful \u2013 not using hands etc.), [then the fast is not broken]. [Rad-Al-Muhtar Vol 2 page 412]<\/span><\/p>\n
