One and half years ago my husband gave me a talaq after that he understand his fault and we settled. Recently we had an argument in between he did talaq 3 times in anger. Now what should I do if you advise it will be very helpful.<\/span><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Talaq that is uttered by a husband occurs when the husband is sane and mature.[1]<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If your husband was in his senses when he issued the Talaq 3 times then it will occur twice for a total of three times and you will become unlawful for him until you marry someone else and consummate that marriage<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Aisha(RA) reports that: A man pronounced three divorces to his wife. She (after her iddah) married another man. The Messenger of Allah was asked whether it was lawful for her to return to the first husband. He said: \u201cNot until they have sexual intercourse.\u201d[2]<\/span><\/p>\n
