Is it permissible for a husband to use a penis sleeve during intercourse with wife.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Allah SWT has permitted spouses to gain pleasure via each other. There are multiple purposes for intercourse which will be discussed below.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Allah SWT has permitted this deed for only those who are married to one another.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    In Surah Noor, Verse 33, Allah SWT has mentioned regarding the chastity of the one who isn’t married:<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    “Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste until God gives them the means.” (1)<\/span><\/p>\n

    Qur’an 24:33<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Allah SWT acknowledges desire and pleasure and commands the permissibility of approaching one’s wife when she is pure from her menses. This is commanded in Surah Baqarah, Verse 222:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      “When they [i.e., the wives] have cleansed themselves [after menstruation], you go into them as Allah has commanded.” (2:222) (2)<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

        \n
      1. To have relations with each other within a marriage is also the result of love which is found within a marriage. Allah SWT describes marriage as tranquility and the elements that lead to this are understanding, mercy and love.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        “And among His signs is that He has created for you spouses from among yourselves so that you may live in tranquillity with them; and He has created love and mercy between you. Verily, in that are signs for those who reflect.” (Surah Rum:21) (3)<\/span><\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. A union between a man and a woman also lays the foundation for offsprings and this action is encouraged by Islam. The following hadith shows the importance the Prophet SAW gave on growing the future generations and producing offspring.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Narrated Ma’qil bin Yasar:<\/span><\/p>\n

          It was narrated that Ma’qil bin Yasar said: “A man came to the Messenger of Allah and said: ‘I have found a woman who is from a good family and of good status, but she does not bear children, should I marry her?’ He told him not to. Then he came to him a second time and he told him not to (marry her). Then he came to him a third time and he told him not to (marry her), then he said: ‘Marry the one who is fertile and loving, for I will boast of your great numbers.'”<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Therefore, we can establish that relations between a man and woman have the purpose of producing offspring as well to grow the Ummah. Thus, this can be considered a command or encouragement such as an act of worship.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          When committing acts of worship or following the command of Allah SWT, there is a sense of bashfulness. In Islam, Modesty is given extreme importance because it eradicates vulgarness.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Prophet [SAW] said: “Modesty (Al-Haya’) is a branch of Faith.”<\/span><\/p>\n

          (Nasa’i, 5006) (5)<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Hence, one must remain within the boundaries when pleasuring each other for which reason a number of things such as masturbation is impermissible. Relations between a husband and wife should meet the purpose of loving each other<\/em> and producing offspring<\/em>. The 2 don’t necessarily have to overlap at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          As one purpose is to love and satisfy each other and one’s desires as acknowledged by Allah, it means that relations between man and wife are allowed for such a purpose other than producing offsprings.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          The means of showing love and satisfying one another and even when producing children is to have the main intercourse. This is achievable when both partner allow and support the other to reach that stage, for this reason foreplay and sex aids are permissible.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          These are simply for the purpose of aiding one to reach the point of intercourse and not used during the intercourse itself. As has been established, one purpose of intercourse is to procreate and that is achievable only when both gender’s sexual organs engage in intercourse.<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Hence, in response to your query, as a penis sleeve is used during intercourse for not only preventing early ejaculation but to enlarge the penis, it will be used when engaging in the intercourse and aids can be used as support for example during foreplay.<\/span><\/p>\n
