What is the status of child benefits?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Does it belong to the children and the parents are guardians to spend for the benefit if the child?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Is it granted to the parents to assist in raising the child?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The clarification is sought because a woman is complaining about her husband not spending on the children as he ought to.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He rather is easy spending on himself and friends and tight when spending on the family.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He is an Imaam and evening Maktab teacher and refuses to take up a daytime job due to fear of losing the benefits.<\/span><\/p>\n

You get Child Benefit if you\u2019re responsible for bringing up a child who is:<\/span><\/p>\n
