What if someone collecting zakah money for a specific madrasa for their zakah fund, can he\u00a0 give to other zakah eligible persons?<\/span><\/p>\n

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Answer:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If the zakah was collected for a specific cause, then it should be used for that cause. Otherwise, there will be a type of deception involved. Deception\/ cheating is prohibited in our deen. If this is no longer possible or there is extra then it should be used in a similar cause. Examples the money was raised for teachers and\/ or students of a madrassa then it can be used for those in another madrassa. The Blessed Messenger of Allah, may Allah send peace and blessings upon him, said: \u201cWhoever cheats is not from us.\u201d[1]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
