A person performing umrah in the state of ihram can he touch the kaabah and kiss the hajr aswad if he get the opportunity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Umrah is a great act of ibadah which should be done properly for it to be accepted and one should know the rules to stay away from what is prohibited so that his umrah doesn\u2019t become invalid.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Very often the authorities apply itr\/scent on the Kabah and the Hajr Aswad. Therefore a person in the state of ihram should not touch the Kabah nor the Hajr Aswad.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If this is done and a full limb got the scent, dam will be necessary (he will need to slaughter an animal). If less than a limb got the scent then one should give sadaqah.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

One point of utmost importance is that to kiss the Hajr Aswad is sunnah but to harm people is Haram. Many a times to accomplish a sunnah a person end up doing something haram which is not correct.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If a person complete his umrah and he is out of ihram. He then decides to do Nafil tawaaf, then one can touch the Kabah and the Hajr Aswad and kiss it.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Dua is also accepted by the multazam (where a person hold on to the cover of the Kabah between Hajr Aswad and the door).<\/span><\/p>\n
