{"id":3562,"date":"2011-10-16T23:06:36","date_gmt":"2011-10-16T23:06:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/?p=3562"},"modified":"2011-10-16T23:06:36","modified_gmt":"2011-10-16T23:06:36","slug":"why-does-allah-test-us","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/daruliftabirmingham.co.uk\/home\/why-does-allah-test-us\/","title":{"rendered":"Why does Allah test us?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tWhy does Allah test us?\n<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">\n\t<strong>In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<h1>\n\tAnswer<br \/>\n<\/h1>\n<p>\n\tWhen Allah (SWA) inflicts any hardships or calamity upon anyone, the purpose for this is to either test his true servants as Allah (SWA) in the Holy Quran has said,\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;Be sure we shall test you with something of fear, and hunger and some loss of wealth and lives and fruits and glad tidings to those that bear patience&rdquo;.&nbsp; (Suarh Baqarah v.156)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSometimes it so happens for it to be a lesson for the people coming after not to commit that deed again as Allah (SWA) states in the Holy Quran:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&ldquo;And indeed before you we sent (Messengers) too many nations so we seized them with suffering and adversity so that they may fall into humility.&rdquo;&nbsp; (Surah Anaam v.42)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOr these tests can be a means of purification for the pious people.&nbsp; The Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam has said when a persons sins increases and nothing remains to remove it then Allah (SWA) inflicts this person with such sorrow which expiates his sins.&nbsp; (Tafsir Ibn Kathir)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOnly Allah Knows Best\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tMohammed Tosir Miah\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tDarul Ifta Birmingham\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why does Allah test us?
