If a woman finishes her period and doesn\u2019t see any blood after her 6 days cycle, and has a bath as she doesn\u2019t see any more blood. So she has a bath in the evening and in hopes to fast the next day and even keeps the fast, but then sees a bit of yellowy discharge on her pantiliner the next day does this mean she has to have a clean bath again? And does her fast still count?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The minimum days for a woman\u2019s menstrual cycle is 3 days and the maximum is 10. Red, yellow, or cloudy spotting during those days will be classed as Haydh (menstruation).<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Any spotting under 3 days or more than 10 days will be classed as Istihaadha.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In answer to your question, if you have a bath on the sixth day and fast the following day but see yellow discharge that day, your fast will not count, and you will still be in your menstrual cycle. Any blood or discharge that is released until day ten of this cycle will mean any fasts kept in this cycle due to thinking the cycle was over will not count, and all fasts will have to be made up.<\/span><\/p>\n
