Question:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If there is a dry impurity and it’s touched with a wet hand,but no traces of impurity is present on the hand after touching,the hand isnt impure.Is this true in the hanafi school opinion and is it a strong opinion or weak opinion.I want to know if it’s fine to adopt this opinion as finding it more convenient.<\/span><\/p>\n

My other question is,if a damp impure cloth r slightly sweaty foot touches the floor but no wetness is seen on the floor can the floor be regarded as pure regardless of if smell transfers,as there’s no wetness on the floor itself and it still remains dry<\/span><\/p>\n

I hope these questions don’t come off as confusing,I just really need an answer to them as I keep thinking about it and it keeps having me worried about how it will affect my salah.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the Hanafi school of thought the transfer of impurity requires the substance to transfer physically. The essence of impurity needs to remain; this means there should be no visible traces of the impurity, such as colour, smell or residue and this is a strong opinion.[1]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This would also answer your second question; impurity will transfer through moisture. If you had to pray on that floor, as long as the place of prayer is pure, that place is pure.[2]<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
