 <\/p>\n

A person\u2019s action will be considered, accounted for, and taken reckoning of when they are sane, mature, and a Muslim. When a person is not in the state of sanity, then their actions will be forgiven, as at that point they are not in control of their actions or fully consciously aware of what they are doing.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In relation to your question, a person will not be considered kaafir for uttering words of kufr (disbelief) while they are in the state of psychosis. If he is able to perform Hajj, then he may do so, but he does not have to, as the ability to not being able to fulfil the performance of Hajj as it deserves to be completed is not in his capability.<\/span><\/p>\n

A person who is suffering from mental health is not known to be aware of what they are saying during their episodes of experiencing health issues, due to the fact that they are not in control of themselves. Therefore, many obligations which would be obligatory or due upon everybody else are relaxed on them during their states of severe mental health issues when they are not conscious of what they are saying or doing.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Islam, insanity is when a person is not aware of their words which they be uttering or actions which they be performing, so they are not held accountable for actions which occur during that period.<\/span><\/p>\n
