If someone has made intention for nafl fast and then someone before midday tells him why don’t you keep qaza as you have qaza remaining can he change his intention?<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It is important to prioritise Qadha fast over Nafl fasts. However, it is permissible to make multiple intentions for the same fast. Although it is permissible to make and change the intention for fasting up until midday, it is necessary to make the intention for a Qadha fast the night before. Then if one wants to add a Sunnah or Nafl intention, they have until midday on the day of the fast.<\/span><\/p>\n
