So for some reason recently I\u2019ve been finding like a small red dot on my tissue after I have dried my private area however I know this is not my period. It happens outside of prayer too but usually after I have used the toilet, cleaned myself thoroughly and when I go to dry my private, I find these two red dots. I have found this happen after I wiped my back passage before wudu too. I haven’t redone my wudu as I am not sure what this is.<\/span><\/p>\n

I want to send you a picture of it so you can get an idea of what it is that I am talking about as this keeps happening and its causing me a lot of doubts and stress. If there is a way that I can send you the picture of it, please can you send me the number to send it to (preferably a mobile number).<\/span><\/p>\n

Does this invalidate the wudu and would I need to redo my prayers that I prayed after I have found out about these red dots?<\/span>

You mention that you find a small red dot or dots on tissue after having dried your private area upon the completion of istinjah. In addition to this, you are certain that this red dot or dots are not a result of your period.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Furthermore, the wiping takes place after having used the toilet as well as before performing wudhu. Thus, this wiping will also be considered as part of istinjah.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bear in mind that a small amount of impurity that remains after having performed istinjah is overlooked (ma\u2019fu \u2018anhu), and because of this, the wudhu that follows is valid and by extension the prayers that were performed or will be performed are also valid.[1][2]<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Thus, your wudhu is not invalidated, nor do you need to redo your prayers.<\/span><\/p>\n
