The wife will receive twelve shares; the 4 sons will each receive 14 shares and the 4 daughters will each receive seven shares.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tTo work out how much each heir will receive in money is firstly, the total value of the deceased&rsquo;s property will be distributed by 96 shares. For example, if the total property amounts upto &pound;10, 000 that will be divided by 96 shares. Secondly, whatever number you come up with that will be the value of each share.
