In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful. <\/strong><\/p>\n Allah (SWA) in the Holy Quran has said \u201cAnd (remind them of) the day when Allah\u2019s enemies will be mustered towards the Fire.\u00a0 So they will be kept under control until when they will come to it, their ears and their eyes and their skins will testify against them about what they used to do.\u00a0 And they will say to their skins \u201cWhy did you testify against us?\u201d\u00a0 They (the skins) will say, \u201cWe were made to speak by Allah\u2026.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 (Surah Fussilat v.18-v.21)<\/p>\n Saaiduna Anas Radiallahu Anhu says \u201cOne day we were with the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam when he started laughing.\u00a0 Then he asked us whether we knew why he was laughing.\u00a0 We said that Allah and His Rasul Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam knew best.\u00a0 Then he said \u201cWhat made me laugh was the dialogue a slave will have with his Lord on the Day of Judgment.\u00a0 The slave will say, \u201cO my Lord! Did you not give me protection from injustice?\u201d Allah (SWA) will say, \u201cNo doubt, I did\u201d.\u00a0 Then this slave will say, \u201cSince this is so, I would not be satisfied with any evidence in the matter of my accountability, except that some part of my own being stands up as witness\u201d.\u00a0 Allah (SWA) will say, \u201cYour own being is enough today to take your account\u201d.\u00a0 Then his mouth will be sealed and his limbs and organs will be asked to tell about his deeds.\u00a0 Every organ would speak up and give true evidence.\u00a0 After that his mouth will be unsealed and then he will say to his own organs in displeasure, \u201cMay you be ruined; May you be destroyed; whatever I have done in the world was only to make you comfortable (whereas you have stated to give evidence against me)\u201d\u00a0 (Sahih Muslim)<\/p>\n Saaiduna Abu Hurairah Radiallahu Anhu narrates that the Prophet of Allah Sallallahu Alahi Wasalam said \u201cThis person mouth will be sealed, and his thigh will be called to speak about all his deeds.\u00a0 Then his thigh, its flesh and bone will all give evidence of his deeds\u201d.\u00a0 (Sahih Muslim)<\/p>\n (Extracted from Maariful Quran p.647 v.7)<\/p>\n With regards to your question if a person wrote some swears then his hands will give evidence against him on the Day of Judgement.<\/p>\n Only Allah Knows Best<\/p>\n Mohammed Tosir Miah<\/p>\n Darul Ifta Birmingham<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Mans limbs and organs giving evidence after resurrection In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
