\n\tI want to know that soft calculus as well as hard calculus and tartar left on teeth because of food affect the validity of ghusl?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIt is Fard to rinse the mouth during ghusal in such a way that the water reaches all parts of the mouth as it is understood from the following verse of the Holy Qur’an “If you are in a state of Janaba, purify yourself (bathe your whole body, attain thorough cleanliness)”. (Surah Ma’idah 5:6)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tIt is not necessary to gargle for the water to reach all parts of the mouth; this can be gained by merely performing ‘kulli’ i.e. rinsing the mouth. Hence it is mentioned in Fataawa Darul Uloom Deoband that “gargling is sunnah for the person who is not fasting”. (Fataawa Darul Uloom Deoband Vol:1 Pg:140 & Raddul Muhtar  Vol:1 Pg.423)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tRegarding your question soft calculus as well as hard calculus and tartar left on teeth would not affect the validity of your ghusl. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
