\n\tAs Salaamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakaatuh<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHazrat, please bear in mind, I am not after any references if time is of
\n\tthe essence, and short answer will suffice. Please also note this
\n\tquestion is of sensitive nature, but Islam encourages to ask if we do
\n\tnot know.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMy question is:<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t(1) If a father touches his daughter, or look sat her with lusfal gazes is
\n\this nikah with his wife terminated unconditionally?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t(2) If true how literal do we mean? Is it safe to say that if he inhibits
\n\tpaedophilia-like desires\/impulses towards his daughter at the point when
\n\tshe's mature _then_ the nikah is terminated?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t(3) In addition, what if thoughts of another women comes to his mind as a
\n\tresult of looking at his daughter is the nikah terminated?<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tPlease clarify clearly, and factually. This question is of great concern
\n\tto me, and my wife.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\tWhen the father touches any part of the body or looks at the inner private part of his daughter with lust and desire the ruling of hurmatulmusaharah<\/em>will take effect. This means that his wife will become unconditionally prohibited for him and the marriage will no longer remain valid.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \n\t\t\tThe marriage of the father will only be terminated if the father acts on these impulses either by engaging in sexual activity, touching or looking at the private part with desire as mentioned above of the daughter (may Allah protect us from this).<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n\t\t<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n\tBy looking at any other part of the body other than the private parts with desire, the above mentioned ruling will not take effect.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
