\n\tAssalamu Alaikum<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tI would like to know what is the sharia ruling in the following situation that one faced and feeling repentant \/ upset \/ guilty if haram is committed.
\n\tBoth Couple prayed Isha, Planned for an intercourse, started the job, but just before the actual climax (insertion) the female feels menses started and hence its confirmed started. but being in extreme climax mood the male could not stop carrying out the task of completing intercourse.
\n\tHas haram happened? how to get rid of that guilty feeling other than repenting?

\n\tTo engage in sexual intercourse after the commencement of the menses is haram. However if any couple have done then it is incumbent upon them to engage in taubah and istighfar and this is sufficient.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAlong with that it is narrated by Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet (\ufdfa<\/span>) said about a person who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating: He must give one dinar or half a dinar in charity.<\/span>[1]<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAlthough it is not compulsory to give charity after this sin is committed and taubah and istighfar is sufficient the scholars have also stated that it is mustahab(recommended)to give some charity by citing the above hadith.<\/span>[2]<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tInshallah in this manner any feeling of guilt will be removed and Allah will grant protection in the future.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n
