Question:

How should the Muqeem Muqtadi complete his salah behind a Musafir

Answer:

In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.

In the aforementioned situation, the muqtadi will not make salam when the musafir Imam does. Instead he should stand up and complete the remaining two rakaats. He should stand for the duration of Surah Fatiha or three Subhanallahs. He is not allowed to recite anything whilst performing these two rakaats as he is considered a Lahiq. (Fatawa Hindiyyah p.142 v.1)
