What duas can be recited between the two prostrations
In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
There are many duas one can recite in the sitting position (jalsah) between the two prostrations. One can recite the following dua:
اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ وَارْحَمْنِيْ وَعَافِنِيْ وَاهْدِنِيْ وَارْزُقْنِيْ وَاجْبُرْنِيْ وَارْفَعْنِي
O Allah Forgive me. Have mercy on me, grant me well being , guide me, grant me subsistence, repair my losses, and grant me a high position. (Hisnul Hasin p. 107)
However, you should remember that duas should be read if one is praying by himself or if there is an opportunity then when praying behind the Imam. One should not read the duas when being an Imam as an Imam has been told to shorten his prayers and not to make it long.
Saaiduna Abu Hurairah narrates that the Prophet of Allah said, "If anyone of you leads the people in the prayer, he should shorten it for amongst them are the weak, the sick and the old; and if anyone among you prays alone then he may prolong (the prayer) as much as he wishes." (Sahih Bukhari)
