Question:

During the sitting position in salah (ie when reading attahiyyat) do women sit on their left foot?

Answer:

During the sitting of tashuud, women are ordered to take out both their legs and sit on their bottoms.
(Jamme-Masaneed p.400 v.3)

In response to your question, in the sitting position of salah, women do not sit on their left foot, but rather on their bottom.
