Question:
Assalaamualaikum, trust you are well.
As I discussed with you regarding my cycle, I have a very irregular cycle in which I spot on my 11th clean day normally or sometime before my 15 clean days between cycles.
My pattern over the past 6 months I would say is that on my 17th clean day my cycle begins (spotting still occurs before this).
My days last for 9 days.
This month on my 11th & 12th clean days I had red flow but not being by time. On the 17th clean day there was no flow like normal but spotting but was present throughout my 9 days (the last 3 days I had a slight flow but also not like normal). After the 9 days I have a full flow which is now more like my haidh.
I’m just making sure if I am considered paak with a full flow at the moment.
I have made ghusl and I am reading salaah, making wudhu at each salaah.

Answer:
From the question we understand that your pure days are usually 17 days then the impure days last for 9 days.
However, this month there was blood flow on the 11th and 12th days and the 17th day had some blood spotting and continued for the usual 9 days, with the last three days having a slight blood flow.
Then the following 9 days had normal blood flow, rather than the pure days.
Your bleeding on the 11th and 12th days were irregular bleeding and don’t count as your haidh, the reason being that they were less then 3 days. [1]
Then you saw blood from the 17th day onwards for 18 days. This will also be irregular bleeding and the extra days outside of your usual habit will not be classed as impure days. [2]
So, to conclude: if you are currently bleeding outside of your usual habit, then it is classed as irregular bleeding and you are paak during that time.
