Answer

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Allah said: "Say: O my slaves who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins) despair not of the mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Quran 39:53]

Indeed, Allah has opened the door of repentance to every sinner. Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ashari raḥimahullāh (may Allāh have mercy upon him) The Prophet ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said, “Allah the exalted will continue to stretch out His Hand in the night so sinners of the day may repent and continue to stretch His Hand in the day time so that the sinners of the night may repent until the sun rises from the west.” [Muslim, Riyad-us-Saliheen:16] Narrated Al-Agharr bin Yasir Al-Muzani [rahimahi] Allah’s Messenger ṣallallāhu 'alayhi wa sallam (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said, “O people, repent to Allah for indeed, I repent to Allah 100 times every day.” [Muslim:2702]

It is truly encouraging to know that the door to repentance is always open, but what is more, Allah is actually happy when one of His slaves repents. Allah said: "Those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds; for those, Allah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allah is Ever Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Surah Al-Furqan:70] Allah also said: “Verily the good deeds remove the evil deeds.” [Quran 11:114] It is important to note here that the keys to repentance are that a sinner must desist from his sin, feel regret for having perpetrated it, and thenmake afirm resolve not to return to it. Therefore, (1) Repent to Allah sincerely and (2) Continue doing good deeds.

Imaam Bayhaqi mentioned a Hadeeth in his book 'Al-Asmaau was-Sifaat' that " Indeed devil said to Allah 'By your dignity my Lord I will continue to lure your servants as long as their souls are in their bodies.' And the Lord replied 'By My dignity and Glory I will continue to forgive them as long as they seek my forgiveness." [Al-Asmaau was-Sifaat, Resalah Publisher Damascus Syria, page:195, Hadeeth number:278, Ahmad:11237, Al-Hakim:7672]

As for Haram earnings:If you know the owners, it must be returned to them. If you do not know them then give it tocharity on their behalf.
