Question:

Assalamualaikum

My question is that does ghusl become compulsory for a girl if she discharges after foreplay or thinking about sexual things without intercourse?

Please answer in detail with the reference of Hadith.

Answer:

Yes, ghusl is wajib (obligatory) anytime ejaculation occurs out of sexual desire.

Narrated by Umm Salamah (RA) that she asked the Prophet (SAW) regarding a woman who sees what a man would see (i.e. a wet dream). He replied (SAW), “Did she find pleasure (in that).” She replied yes. He (SAW) then said, “Then she should make ghusl.”[1]

And Allah SWT alone knows best.
