Question

When my dad takes us out around the time of prayer I get worried that he’ll miss his congregation even though I try to emphasize this to him and avoid going. As I’m a female I can pray anytime but he’ll miss his congregation. Will I be held sinful for this, going with him? Even when the entire family goes, what should I do?

Answer

The most you can do as a daughter is keep reminding you’re father and also try to reschedule the time when going out for example going out after salah so your father doesn’t miss the congregation. However, whether you’re father misses the congregation or not, you won’t be held accountable Insha’Allah.
